The Food, Fun and Fitness Member's Manual (4H FNM 11) enhances a youth's overall nutrition knowledge by adding a fitness sense to their daily routine. Youth will be exposed to fitness activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. The Leader's guide (4H FNL 21) is used inconjunction with this member's piece.
