4-H Food Fundamentals Member's Manual (4H FNM 12) is a curriculum that provides a more in-depth look at food, nutrition, and health. Youth will explore nutritional and economic choices, food labels, and food preparation. This member's piece is used inconjunction with the leader's guide (4H FNL 22).
