4-H Health Development: Stress Versus Distress, Health Units II and III, Project 4 (4H HLM 32) is an individual and family resource project for adolescents.

The period of adolescence is viewed by many teens as one of extremes: when you're up, you're way up; and when you're down, you feel as if you've hit rock bottom. The maturation process normally causes additional stresses and challenges for teens who are struggling to establish new identities as they pass into adulthood.
