Nursery List for Deciduous Fruit Trees1
This list of nurseries and the accompanying information was complied from surveys returned from a mailing to 419 nurseries in Florida. Nurseries growing tropical fruit trees were selected for use in another publication (edis.ifas.ufl.edu/CN008). Of those remaining, some responded that they sold retail only and, therefore, were not included. The rest of the responses were edited to include the information pertaining to the purpose and title of this publication. In addition to the survey responses, the Division of Plant Industry, Fla. Dept. of Agric. provided a list of licensed nurseries in Florida. From this list, nurseries reporting under Other Fruits and Nuts, Wholesale, Wholesale and Retail, and those stocking 501 or more plants are included in this publication.
