Si usted no va al mercado con frecuencia, lo más seguro es que intente comprar productos que no se deterioran rápidamente. Para ayudarle a elegir sus productos, aquí les ofrecemos unos consejos para conservar alimentos perecederos. Conserve la fruta y los vegetales (excepto las papas) en el cajón de su refrigerador y mantenga éste por debajo de los 40°F. Guarde las papas a temperatura ambiente.
