½ taza de fresas

Granizada de banana y frutas del bosque
1 taza de yogur descremado
½ taza de arándano -cramberry- (congelado o fresco)
½ banana (congelada o fresca)
2 cucharadas de germen de trigo
Granizada de melocotón
1 taza de yogur de vainilla descremado
½ taza de melocotón en rodajas
(congelados, frescos o en lata)
¼ taza de jugo de naranja
2 cucharadas de germen de trigo
Batido de banana y crema de maní
1 taza de leche descremada
1 banana (natural o fresca)
1 cucharada de crema de maní
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
Granizada de banana y chocolate
1 taza de leche descremada
1 banana (fresca o congelada)
3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
Granizada de manzana
1 taza de yogur descremado
¼ taza de jugo de manzana
½ manzana
1/4 taza de puré de manzana
¼ cucharadita de canela molida
¼ cucharadita de nuez moscada
Batido tropical
1 taza de leche
½ mango
½ taza de piña triturada
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
Si usted no puede tomar lactosa, substituya la leche de vaca por leche de soya o leche de arroz.
