Abstract:
This manual details the procedures that are necessary to complete a Regional Waterway Management System for Florida's coastal canals and other waterways. The purpose of the Regional Waterway Management System is to provide the West Coast Inland Navigation District and coastal counties with a scientific approach that allows for boat channel maintenance while protecting resources. Components of this undertaking range from personnel, equipment, and project planning to field surveys, data analysis, and final documentation.
