About the Author

Michael T. Olexa is an Associate Professor in the Food and Resource Economics Department, IFAS, University of Florida, Gainesville. He is a plant pathologist, attourney and project director of the IFAS Agricultural Law Extension Program. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Agricultural Law Committee of The Florida Bar, and former owner and operator of a plant nursery business.
