The Pine Nursery Soil Test Information Sheet is the form that must accompany samples submitted to the UF/IFAS Extension Soil Testing Laboratory. Analyses performed are pH, P, K, Ca, Mg, and Organic Matter. This service should only be used by Florida commercial growers.
