Summary
Food diversity, nutritional food supply, and profitability are the priorities for Florida's growers. For this reason, a number of new vegetable crops are rapidly emerging: there are more than 20 Asian vegetable crops grown across Florida. Due to our favorable climate, these vegetable crops grow well and have high market potential. The fact sheets in this series each provide a general overview of a specific Asian vegetable crop grown in Florida.
