This document is the Producer Citrus Test Form (SL396) used by the UF/IFAS Extension Soil Testing Laboratory. The sheet provides details about how to collect samples and testing fees. To download the form, visit http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/pdffiles/SS/SS59800.pdf.

The Producer Citrus Test Form must accompany soil samples submitted to the UF/IFAS Extension Soil Testing Laboratory. The test is designed to estimate the nutritional needs of Florida citrus grown under commercial conditions. Analyses performed can include a Standard Soil Test (pH, P, K, Ca, and Mg), pH and Lime Requirement, and a Micronutrient Test (Cu, Mn, Zn).
