Aguacate
La historia del cultivo del aguacate en Florida data de muchas décadas. Es uno de los cultivos de árboles más importante de los condados de Miami-Dade y Collier. Generalmente los propietarios tienen uno o dos árboles, dependiendo del tamaño de su terreno residencial. Aunque los árboles de aguacate no requieren mucho mantenimiento, existen ciertas prácticas agrícolas a seguir para lograr la mejor cosecha.
