This document is the Plant Tissue Test Form (SL131) used by the UF/IFAS Extension Soil Testing Laboratory. The sheet provides details about how to collect samples and testing fees. To download the form, visit https://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/pdffiles/SS/SS18200.pdf.

The Plant Tissue Test Form must accompany plant tissue samples submitted to the UF/IFAS Extension Soil Testing Laboratory. Analyses performed include N, P, K, Ca, Mg, B, Cu, Fe, Mn, and Zn. This service may only be used by commercial growers of Florida pecans and blueberries, or UF/IFAS Extension agents/specialists. Others may contact their county UF/IFAS Extension office regarding plant tissue analysis
