Producer Citrus Test Form

This document is the Producer Citrus Test Form (SL396) used by the UF/IFAS Extension Soil Testing Laboratory. The sheet provides details about how to collect samples and testing fees. To download the form click the orange Download button.

The Producer Citrus Test Form must accompany soil samples submitted to the UF/IFAS Extension Soil Testing Laboratory. The test is designed to estimate the nutritional needs of Florida citrus grown under commercial conditions. Analyses performed can include a Standard Soil Test (pH, P, K, Ca, and Mg), pH and Lime Requirement, and a Micronutrient Test (Cu, Mn, Zn).
